‘Lille and Fiorentina agree: 15 million winter transfer will take place’

Jonathan Ikoné is about to leave Lille OSC, reports Fabrizio Romano. The 23-year-old left leg will make the switch to Fiorentina next winter.
According to transfer expert Romano, there is an agreement on “every detail” in the Ikoné deal. Lille is intended to receive fifteen million euros for the Frenchman, with a resale rate of ten percent. The youth international can sign in Italy for five years.
Fiorentina has been working with Ikoné from the beginning of this month. The outdoor player quickly reached a personal agreement with his new club, after which Fiorentina still had to come out with Lille. That has now succeeded, so that a winter transfer is approaching.
Ikoné thus leaves the number eleven of the Ligue 1 to join the number six of Serie A. After winter, however, the French team is still in action in the Champions League, while Fiorentina does not play European football this season. Personally, Ikoné has had a disappointing season so far: the attacker accounted for only two goals and two assists in 25 games across all competitions.
