Marca: Ramos invests press conference, end of Real Madrid era beckons

The Spanish sports press is brace: Sergio Ramos will hold a press conference at the Real Madrid training complex on Thursday, Marca reports. The central defender has been playing sixteen (!) year for De Koninklijke, but is transfer free in two weeks.
Ramos will update his future at Valdebebas. Marca takes into account that the Real Madrid figurehead will announce its departure. Both parties have been talking to each other for months about any contract. According TO AS, there was a recent meeting with President Florentino Pérez, but this meeting does not seem to have yielded any results either.
His sixteenth Real Madrid season was one for Ramos to forget quickly. Spains record international almost constantly suffered injury, did not win any prize with De Royal and was not selected for the European Championships. Whether and where he goes on is still the question. Spanish media reported an offer from Seville, the club where he started his career in 2004.
