Antonio Rüdiger seems to follow David Alabas example. Chelseas German defender is out of his contract after this season and has no intention of extending his commitment for the time being. In the meantime, Real Madrid is keeping a close eye on the situation.
Thats what the Marca newspaper from the Spanish capital reports. Rüdiger has set his sights on a new adventure and wants to leave transferfree after the current season. The 28-year-old defender has asked his agent to map out a possible next club. He hopes for Bayern Munich or Real Madrid himself.
The Spanish club seems to be the most obvious as the Germans next club. The Royal is keeping an eye on the Chelsea defenders situation, now that it seems like he doesnt intend to renew his contract. Although Real wants to rejuvenate the rear guard, he doesnt leave outsiders like Rüdiger.
Chelsea is trying to renew Rüdigers contract, but it is still too high on the Blues tree. Last years Champions League winner offers him 6.5 million euros. However, Rüdiger wants to receive 10 million euros per season.
