According to Collider, director of the first three Pirates of the Caribbean Gore Verbinski is adapting George Martins novel The Sand Kings for Netflix. Verbinski is working on the project alongside screenwriter Dennis Kelly, author of the original version of the TV series Utopia. In the case of Kings, it seems to be about a full-length picture.

The story tells about businessman Simon Kress, who is used to living as he likes. Among his strange hobbies was collecting different forms of life, which he collected in the beastle of the estate.

And so the hero was entertained for a long time, until he acquired a colony of strange organisms of the desert kings, which deified the host and at the same time turned out to be very living. The exact premiere date for the project is not yet.
