“Midband Vampires” named most talked-about series of spring

According to analysts at the firm YouScan, the most talked-about Russian series of the spring was Midband Vampires. The creation of the rankings took into account data from March 1 to May 31 this year, including social media mentions and overall audience engagement in discussions. In all, the authors of the study accounted for more than 300,000 reactions — comments, topic posts and so on.

Middle-Band Vampires had more than 75,000 likes, reposts and other similar expressions of audience activity. The series itself with Yuri Stoyanov is about a family of vampires from Smolensk.

In second place was the film adaptation of Vyacheslav Shishkov‘s novel Ugrüm River with over 52 thousand different reactions. The story is about three generations of the Thunderbols’ family in the early twentieth century.

And in third position was Pischeblok, a film adaptation of Alexei Ivanov‘s novel about vampires in a pioneer camp in 1980s. In all, HD Movie Search has attracted nearly 42 thousand reactions, and the other two projects were also present in the service subscription.
