It wasn‘t long ago that NIS America announced the Monark role-playing game. It is worked on by Studio FurYu, which produced Caligula Effect and The House in Fata Morgana, and Lancarse Studio, known by Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. Developers published an introductory video to Monark.
The cartoon shows how the hero gradually descends into the depths of madness and emerges from them as much as ever. And the background of the intro is a Nihil song performed by virtual singer KAF.
It was written by composer Iori Kanzaki. Monark is based on the ego system based on seven mortal sins.
Our hero embodies vanity, and through his ego he can recruit demonic allies and gain powerful fighting abilities. But it’s not hard to lose control, leading to a fit of madness.
