Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for the Monster Hunter: Legends of the Guild cartoon based on the single-name Capcom. The story follows a young guy named Aiden who calls himself a hunter and protects his isolated village. One day, he learns that the village is threatened by Elder Dragon.
While searching for a way to save the village, Aiden leaves his home and goes on a journey with Julius, a first-class hunter and member of the Guild hunters, and his companies. Fans of the game series Aiden are familiar with Monster Hunter 4 and Monster Hunter: World.
The cartoon tells the story of the character from a time when he was not yet a full hunter. The cartoon was directed by Steve Yamamoto, who had done special effects for such films, as “Transformers”, “Deadpool 2 and “Justice League”.
The script was written by Joshua Fine (“Avengers: Earths Greatest Heroes,” “The Perfect Spider-Man”) . Monster Hunter: Legends of the Guild will premiere August 12 only on Netflix.
