Morocco takes penultimate step towards World Cup: NECer makes basic debut

Morocco is well on its way towards the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The Lions of the Atlas won an away match at Guinea, which was just played in Morocco because of the unstable political situation there, 1-4 and are sure of group wins.
That means that the team of national coach Vahid Halilhodzic (pictured above) has already placed themselves before the playoff round, in which a ticket to the World Cup can be earned. The ten winners of the African qualification pool will then compete against each other for five places on the final round, but first Morocco will have to play the last two group games. They are the emperors beard.
So that was due to the 1-4 win in Guinea, a match Souffian El Karouani will never forget. NECs left-back made his basic debut after he was allowed to fill in during the previous game and saw that his team was in charge of the field.
Ayoub El Kaabi, who also scored the previous two international countries, opened the score in the 21st minute and after the equalizer of Mamadou Kane, Morocco returned to the lead through Selim Amallah. In the second half, the Lions of the Atlas were dominant and Amallah and Sofiane Boufal set the final score at 1-4. El Karouani was allowed to complete the ninety minutes, and Zakaria Aboukhlal fell in.
