Mühren is back at the top known list and counter Eredivisie question: ‘In April’

Robert Mühren is home again after his four-fold against FC Dordrecht from Friday night. The top scorer of the previous two Kitchen Champion Division editions is once again at the top of the top shooters ranking: Thijs Dallinga (Excelsior) took his goal a day later against FC Eindhoven, but now stands one hit behind the 32-year phenomenon from Purmerend.
Mühren was lent to SC Cambuur by Zulte-Waregem in the past two seasons, scored no less than 64 times on behalf of the Leeuwarders and was transfer-free last summer. However, he did not go into the Premier League with Cambuur, but settled down with childhood sweetheart FC Volendam, to the surprise of many. I know that every week I can score enough and score goals here and that Im comfortable in my own skin, Mühren tells ESPN.
His switch to FC Volendam is therefore also explainable, he thinks. If I can just do that in my own village, which has not been successful before, then we are satisfied with that. That Eredivisie adventure may be coming next year: FC Volendam will be the leader after thirteen of the 38 rounds of play rounds, with four points ahead of De Graafschap. What I do then? We are going to ask that question again in April or so, however Mühren keeps the boat off.
