Ubisoft has released a new trailer for future action thriller Far Cry 6. And dedicated it to the technical basis of the RC-version of the game: developers use new technologies to increase the credibility of the Yara Island game world and give it a beauty. Far Cry 6 should use all the features of the latest computers — ray tracing, FidelityFX.
In doing so, the creators placed a high priority on performance. Players will be able to take advantage of the built-in test in order to choose the best settings.
The company announced the Far Cry 6 system requirements. For installation, it is recommended to use SSD, and the game will take 60 GB on disk.
Those who want to install the optional HD texture package will need another 37 Gb. The minimum system requirements include AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel i5-4460 processor, AMD RX 460 graphics card or NVIDIA GTX 960 and 8GB of RAM.
On such a machine, the game will run at 1080p resolution at 30 FPS without ray trace. The recommended system requirements depend on desired resolution, frame rate, and ray tracing.
