“No, I didnt expect Mario to return to Germany”

German former national coach Joachim Löw believes in Mario Götze‘s return to the national team. The midfielder made the switch from PSV to Eintracht Frankfurt this week.
Götze last played an international match on November 11, 2016, almost six years ago. He came back into the picture at PSV, but it didn’
t come from a call. Löw does not rule out that it is happening now that Götze has made the switch to Eintracht.
He has the qualities for it, says Löw to the German branch of Sky Sports. He will play in the Champions League again and will want to play in the spotlight in the Bundesliga for the World Cup. No, I didn‘t expect Mario to return to Germany. Not at least now, but I’m very happy for Mario and Eintracht. Mario is a great player. He is very professional and with his gaming intelligence he is a good fit for Eintracht.
