Transfer news from Norway, starring sc Heerenveen: the Frisians take over Oliver Johansen Braude from Vålerenga Fotball. The midfielder turns seventeen years old on Sunday and celebrates that birthday with a transfer to Heerenveen.
Braude has interned at several European clubs, but Heerenveen has won the battle, announces Vålerenga via the official channels. The club wanted to keep him inboard, but Braude himself announced that he wanted to go on the adventure outside Norway. Hes getting that space now. “We would have liked to see him flow to the first team, but we are also proud that a talent we trained will have the chance to join a foreign club,” explains sporting director Jörgen Ingebrigtsen.
The player himself has already been on trial at FC Barcelona, Liverpool and Ajax in the past, but is now going to leave his birthplace behind. “It will be difficult to leave Vålerenga, but I look forward to getting to know new people in Heerenveen and developing myself as a footballer,” says Braude in a response.
