Robert Lewandowski has caught his transfer to FC Barcelona. The Pole comes over from Bayern Munich and signs with the Catalans for four years.
Lewandowski made no secret in recent weeks that he wanted to leave Bayern. Barcelona was the most concrete from the start, but the Germans did not want to let the 33-year-old Polish top striker go without a fight. It turned out to be a real transfer soap that seemed to come to an end.
After lengthy negotiations, an agreement was nevertheless reached with the Germans. The Catalans pay 45 million euros and that can be up to fifty million euros through bonuses. The Polish international still had a one-year contract with Der Rekordmeister.
In 2014, the striker made the switch from Borussia Dortmund to Bayern transfer-free. In the end, Lewy played 375 duels for the Germans, in which he scored 344 times and gave 72 assists. Lewandowski won the league title several times and was also able to hold the Champions League Cup in the air once.
