Parents with money problems do not need to repay part of debts

There‘s a little good news for parents who are in money trouble because of government mistakes. They don’t have to repay part of their debts.

The families have been promised 30,000 euros to make up for it. But in the meantime, they still have a lot of debt. To ensure that they do not have to spend the money they get again, part of their debts is forgiven. That means they don‘t have to pay some bills anymore.

So that’s a bit of good news for Rafen and his mother:

Nevertheless, it certainly does not solve all problems just like that. It is only about accounts with government organizations, such as the Tax Administration. Experts think the families have many more bills with other organizations.
