“PEC finally brings in new general manager with former player”

According to Veronica Inside, Marcel Boudesteyn will be the new general manager of PEC Zwolle. The former midfielder of the Blue Fingers must follow Adriaan Visser.
At the beginning of this month, the seventy-year-old Fisherman stopped at PEC. It had been known for some time that he would leave, but the Zwollenaren failed to snare a replacement yet. So now that seems to be the case. Veronica Inside reports Thursday the Supervisory Board Boudesteyn will nominate to shareholders so that he can be appointed managing director.
Boudesteyn played for FC Zwolle between 1996 and 2003. He then stood in front of the group at amateur clubs a number of times. His most recent club is Be Quick28, where he came to a little year ago. As far as you know, Boudesteyn has never played an administrative role in football. He does own a mortgage and insurance office.
It first seemed that Tjerk Smeets would be the new general manager at PEC. That seems out of the question now.
