PEC Zwolle and Willems cant figure it out: You hope to break up well

PEC Zwolle and Mike Willems are unable to figure it out. The technical manager was put aside after the relegation, but cannot agree with the club about terminating his contract. That is why Willems has referred the matter to the KNVB arbitration committee.
This is reported by the Stentor. PEC and Willems will face each other on November 1. An independent commission will then rule on the case. I was involved with the club for over 40 years. First as a player, as a sponsor, later as a scout and the last three years as a technical manager. Above all, I am still a supporter of the club. Then you hope to break up in a good way, but unfortunately things are going differently now. I ask nothing but to comply with the pre-established contractual agreements, Willems tells the Stentor.
Willems was appointed technical manager in 2019. In his final year, he was blamed that the selection of PEC would not be good enough, causing increasing pressure on his position. Former managing director Marcel Boudesteyn took over Willemss duties.
