The Red Dead Online gaming community is preparing an unusual event. Players are going to have a funeral for their favorite project. To do this, they are invited to enter the game on July 13, wearing their best mourning outfit, play a heartbreaking farewell and share screenshots with the appropriate tags.
Red Dead Online Virtual Funeral was timed to coincide with the anniversary of the release of the Blood Money update, which appeared in the game on July 13, 2021 and added a criminal career, four battle passes, and a number of diverse content. Since then, the creators of the game have released only small patches with new missions, bonuses and game events.
Rockstar Games has not made official announcements about the end of support for Red Dead Online, however nothing indicates that the multiplayer mode is being actively worked on. For its part, Take-Two promises to support the games servers, but the publisher does not create content for it.
