PSV almost knows which team will be the opponent in the third preliminary round of the Europa League. In the draw in the Swiss Nyon it was announced that the Estonian Nomme Kalju, the Slovenian NS Mura or the Danish Aarhus will be the opponent.
Nomme Kalju and NS Mura meet each other on September 10, the winner of that duel will compete against Aarhus on September 17.
Coach Roger Schmidt’s team will face the winner of that game a week later. PSV will play. If they win, the people of Eindhoven will qualify for the play-offs, where a ticket for the group stage is waiting for the winner.
