PSV doesn’t think about transfers: ‘I’m confident in my player group’

Chances are not very high that PSV will enter the transfer market in January. Roger Schmidt, trainer of the Eindhoven people, is satisfied with the selection he has at his disposal.
After the 2-0 victory over Go Ahead Eagles, which won the Eindhoven people in the winter championship, the German was asked about any transfers in the winter. โ€œI have faith in my group,โ€ he says to the Eindhovens Dagblad. โ€œIf we do something, it must be something that seriously makes us better. We observe the market, but are now focused on bringing our injured people back. There are really good players in that.โ€

With those players, PSV must complete the hunt for the title in the second half of the season. Schmidt doesnt care that his team is at the top right now. โ€œActually, its quiet and we still have to play half of it,โ€ it sounds opposite deCCeit. โ€œNo one will be interested in the fact that you have been at the top in the winter and so it doesnt mean too much that were standing there now.โ€
