‘PSV Gets Good News from Sickbay: Two Basic Players Return After Injury’

It is very likely that Cody Gakpo and Pablo Rosario will be deployed for PSV next Sunday in the squatter against Feyenoord. Trainer Roger Schmidt had to miss the duo because of injury, but their return is near.
That reports the Eindhovens Dagblad. As announced, Gakpo trained again on Wednesday with the group at PSV. The outdoor player has even been able to participate in various party games. However, it is not entirely certain that Gakpo is back in the selection for the duel with Feyenoord. The reaction of his ankle to the training sessions one still has to wait and see. Gakpo missed a total of twelve matches, after sustained an ankle injury in action against Sparta on 16 January.
Also reserve captain Rosario trained again with the selection. The controller just had to drop last weekend‘s Fortuna Sittard duel. Rosario suffered from a so-called equine bone, an injury to the thigh.
The upcoming return of Rosario and in particular Gakpo are a welcome reel for trainer Schmidt. After Mauro Junior’
s injury, the flushing in the PSV attack was not very wide anymore. However, this will change with the return of Gakpo.
