‘PSV has young Swede on the eye’

PSV has caught his eye on eighteen-year-old Williot Swedberg. The Swedish midfielder was viewed last weekend by Jan Vennegoor or Hesselink, who works as assistant to the management in Eindhoven.
In Sweden, mention is made of the PSV interest in Swedberg. For Erick Gutiérrez and Ibrahim Sangaré, among others, there is interest from various foreign clubs, which is why PSV is already focusing on the transfer market. Swedberg, among others, is in the picture: PSV has the youth international of Hammarby IF been on the radar for a long time.
Whether PSV becomes concrete for Swedberg depends on several factors. It is not yet clear what Eindhoven midfield will look like next season, while Hammarby reportedly also wants to see several millions for the talented midfielder.
If Swedberg is brought in by PSV, he will probably join the A-roster. He now has a two-year contract in his native country. In the current season, which started last month in Sweden, Swedberg is mainly used as a left-winger. In seven games, the talent scored five times.
