‘PSV switches quickly after final Dirkx departure and finds successor internally’

Jürgen Dirkx left PSV for good, reports the Eindhovens Dagblad. There was uncertainty about his position at PSV O18, as he would become assistant trainer of Mark van Bommel at Royal Antwerp FC, but the payments were not met.
PSV reportedly required a lump sum of an annual salary from Antwerp, which had not yet transferred the amount until recently. It is unclear whether the Belgian club finally paid, or if Dirkx deposited money itself. The ED knows that the trainer will earn more at Antwerp and that he wanted to be reunited with Van Bommel.
Due to the departure of Dirkx, a vacancy is open at the O18. Nevertheless, it seems already filled in. Theo Lucius would also be in front of the group at the O17s next season, but will be pushed forward. Last season, he became champion with PSV under 17 and so he already knows a lot of players. Lucius forced trust from the leadership and players last season, it sounds.

Jürgen Dirkx left PSV permanently. Was unclear until the last minute. He was able to earn more in Antwerp and wanted to return to Mark van Bommel. PSV is still considering the new trainer for PSV under 18.
