Punishment for Barcelona, Bayern pulls out and Ronaldo hero of United

FC Barcelona has received a hard-hitting punch in the Champions League on Wednesday night. Concerns for coach Ronald Koeman are increasing due to a 3-0 defeat at Benfica. Bayern Munich won convincingly in the same pool. Cristiano Ronaldo was the celebrated man at Manchester United in extremis.
Benfica – FC Barcelona 3-0Ronald Koeman chose a 5-3-2 at the Estadio da Luz, and in that system he had room for Frenkie de Jong, Memphis Depay and Luuk de Jong, among others. FC Barcelona, however, had a disastrous start. Within three minutes, Sergi Roberto was very easy to play by Darwin Núñez, who hit the short corner. Barça was in pursuit, but Luuk de Jong left a megakan opportunity unexploited at Frenkie de Jong‘s report.

After 33 minutes, Koeman couldn’t stand it anymore. The Dutch trainer took Gerard Piqué to the side in favor of talent Gavi. The club icon already had yellow in his pocket and applied for a second card. Although Barça had some great opportunities for the equalizer, it didn‘t work out anymore. The Catalans escaped when Marc-André Ter Stegen had come too far out of his goal, but Rafa Silva did hit a goal in the rebound after 69 minutes.

That hit was no longer overBarça. Koeman’s team lost their way and Benfica smelled blood. After Sergiño Dest‘s hands, Núñez completed the punishment from the penalty point: 3-0, and Eric García took his second yellow card to make matters worse. Koeman knows that the pressure is getting even greater in Catalonia.

It’s getting more painful and painful… 🤕 Dest causes a pingel, Darwin makes his second 🙌🏻 And Koeman? Who knows what time it is.. 😶 #ZiggoSport #UCL #BENBAR pic.twitter.com/5UU4W2OJ0W

Bayern Munich – Dinamo Kiev 5-0Bayern Munich did not have a child at the Allianz Arena at Dinamo Kiev. Robert Lewandowski once again had it on his hips. The Pool opened the score from a penalty kick due to a handball and doubled the margin after a nice pass by Thomas Müller. Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sané and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting performed the score for the Bundesliga champion, who was far too strong.

Manchester United – Villarreal 2-1Cristiano Ronaldo was worth gold again for Manchester United. Villarreal was forced to his knees in extremis by a goal of the Portuguese star. That will be a great disappointment for the Spanish, who have been strong at Old Trafford for a long time. Arnaut Danjuma, among others, caused the United defense headaches. The Dutch attacker served Paco Álcacer customised Paco Álcacer eight minutes after rest: 0-1.
However, United’
s response followed at lightning speed. Alex Telles hit with a brilliant volley goal. The home team took the initiative after that, but after an exciting closing phase — with opportunities on both sides — 1-1 seemed to be the final standings. However, Ronaldo decided differently. He shot a pretty hit from an awkward angle.

🌟 In the dying seconds it is the Portuguese that sets Old Trafford on fire with the winning one!! 🔥 #ZiggoSport #UCL #MUNVIL pic.twitter.com/P3kqKYXLS4
