The prosecution does not prosecute PVV MP Dion Graus for sexual exploitation. A report from his ex-wife is dismissed because no evidence of a sexual offence or human trafficking has been found.
The ex-wife of 54-year-old Graus accused him of forcing her to have sex with others in 2018. Also, the politician would have threatened her several times and hit her once.
Half a year after the report, the woman retreated it. Graus, who has always contradicted the allegations and made a counterdeclaration for defamation and defamation, also withdrew his return.
After that, the criminal investigation was closed. But at the end of last year and early this year, the woman handed over “new data carriers” to the State Police Department, says the Public Authorities. They should support her return.
This may be the incriminating image and sound recordings that NRC wrote about at the beginning of this year. According to the newspaper, the audio clips were told that Graus encourages his security guards to have sex with his wife.
The Public Authorities say that the information on the data carriers has been investigated by the State Criminal Investigation and police officers who specialize in morals and human trafficking. So they concluded that no evidence can be found for any of those crimes.
PVV leader Geert Wilders tweeted in a response that Graus has unjustly dredged over him.
