Real picks a point in closing seconds

Real Madrid took one run against Shakhtar Donetsk at the very last minute on Tuesday evening. Carlo Ancelottis team reached 1-1 in the 95th minute via Antonio Rüdiger. Borussia Dortmund and Sevilla tied in Germany. In the final phase, RB Leipzig took full advantage against Celtic.
Shakhtar Donetsk – Real Madrid: 1-1
Carlo Ancelotti gave some players a rest in the match against the Ukrainians. Luka Modric, Eder Militao and Vinicus Junior, among others, started on the bench. With Shakhtar Donetsk, ex-Ajacied Lassina Traoré started from the kick-off. Real Madrid started the game sharply and the team got a number of chances in the first half through Karim Benzema and Rodrygo. However, there was still no goal in the first company.
After rest, the Ukrainians came out of the dressing room a lot sharper. Thirty seconds after the break, it was already a hit for Shakhtar Donetsk. Oleksandr Zubkov brought his team ahead via a tight header. The Ukrainian also scored in the first match against Real Madrid. Shakhtar Donetsk continued to push through and got another huge opportunity through Traoré. Goalkeeper Andriy Lunin released the ball in front of the striker
s feet, but he worked the ball over. In the end, it wasnt until the very last minute that the goal for Real Madrid came. Rüdiger headed Real Madrid to a tie in extremis, but had to pay for it with a head injury.

Borussia Dortmund – Seville: 1-1
The Germans had a base for Donyell Malen. He was the only Dutchman to start with the first eleven in the Champions League on Tuesday evening. For Seville
s new coach, Jorge Sampaoli, it was his first game with his club in the billion-dollar ball. That game immediately started well for the Argentinian coach. After eighteen minutes, it was defender Tanguy Nianzou who headed Ivan Rakitics free kick against the ropes.
For a really long time, Seville couldn
t enjoy that advantage, as Borussia Dortmund came alongside after 35 minutes. Now it was Thomas Meunier and Jude Bellingham who were at the basis of the goal. The Belgian gave in and the Englishman was allowed to finish. For Bellingham, it was already the fourth consecutive goal in the Champions League. Ultimately, the score remained the same, making Borussia Dortmund more firmly in second place in Group G. Sevilla, like FC Copenhagen, is five points behind the Germans.

Celtic – RB Leipzig: 0-2
In Scotlands first half, it was a wonder that the score stayed 0-0. Both teams got plenty of chances, but were not able to score yet. Even in the second half, it took a long time before a goal fell, but Timo Werner eventually broke the ban. With a nice header, he scored the first goal for his team. In the 84th minute, it was Swede Emil Forsberg who set the final score at 0-2 with a viewed shot. RB Leipzig rises to second place in Group F of the Champions League due to victory.
