‘Real swallows disappointment and fills up for 80 million Monaco star’

Real Madrid isn‘t down for long after Kylian Mbappe’s missing out. The Royal now focuses on another great talent from France: Aurélien Tchouaméni. This is reported by French and Spanish media, including RMC Sport and Marca.
The Royal looks set to win the battle for the 22-year-old midfielder, after Liverpool was also in the race for a long time. However, the Spanish powerhouse has yet to reach an agreement with AS Monaco. According to RMC Sport and Marca, the Monegasks charge no less than eighty million euros, but Real thinks that is far too bad. Tchouaméni is still stuck in Stade Louis II until mid-2024.
The eight-time French international himself does not seem to doubt a transfer. By now, he is said to have told his teammates that he is leaving for Real Madrid. Tchouaméni can sign with the Madrilens for five years, where he could form a duo with his compatriot Eduardo Camavinga.
