Roda JC undoes 2-0 backlog in derby against MVV, point for Almere

Almere City has been damaged in the battle for the top spots in the Kitchen Champion Division. The team played in its own stadium with 1-1 against SC Telstar. The Limburg derby between MVV and Roda JC was a prey for Roda, while Jong AZ made minced with FC Dordrecht.

For a long time it seemed to be a defeat for Almere, but deep in injury time, Radinio Balker made the 1-1 on Jorrit Smeets. After about fifteen minutes of playing Glynor Plet had put Telstar in the lead.
Almere takes the third place of NAC by playing the same game. SC Cambuur and De Graafschap remain standing in places one and two in the Kitchen Champion Division.
MVV Maastricht – Roda JC 2-4The Limburg derby between MVV and Roda JC was one full of spectacle. There were six goals, with the counter scoring in favor of the away team. The team of trainer Jurgen Streppel, however, had to go deep for it. MVV had already reached an edge within twenty minutes of playing through Jerome Deom and Joy Lance Mickels.
A quarter of an hour later, however, it was already 2-2. Patrick Pflรผcke and Richard Jensen were confident and saw how Roda even took the lead for rest. Fabian Serrarens laid the 2-3 behind MVV-keeper Mike Havekotte.
Due to a quick red card for Thibaut Van Acker in the second half, the assignment for MVV became even more difficult. Richard Jensen finally decided the duel halfway through the second act in favour of Roda by working the 2-4 from a corner shovel.
Jong AZ – FC Dordrecht 4-0A chance free evening for FC Dordrecht visiting direct competitor Jong AZ. After more than ninety minutes of playing there was a 4-0 final score on the scoreboard in favor of the Alkmaarders. Bram Franken and Richonell Margaret had a 2-0 lead at rest, while Jelle Duin and Mohamed Taabouni increased that score to 4-0 in the second half.
