Roma is going down hard partly due to Karsdorp error, Weghorst again determining in Turkey

AS Roma went down hard on Sunday evening visiting Udinese. Partly thanks to a mistake by Rick Karsdorp, things went wrong. In Turkey, Wout Weghorst was once again important to Besiktas.
Udinese – Roma 4-0Roma was undefeated in Serie A until Sunday, but still went down hard against Udinese. After four minutes it was already 1-0 and Karsdorp was involved in the goal: he wanted to play the ball back with his chest on goalkeeper Rui Patrício, but wingback Destiny Udogie managed to get in and score.

At halftime, Karsdorp was changed, but things didnt exactly go better after that. The result went up to 4-0 and goalkeeper Patricio also went wrong himself. Due to the defeat, Roma is now fifth in Serie A. However, the gap with Napolis frontrunner is only one point.
Ankaragücü – Besiktas 2-3With acquisitions Dele Alli and Weghorst in the base, Besiktas wanted to defend the leading position. Partly thanks to the duo, this succeeded: Alli and Weghorst produced a hit together. The Dutchman nodded the ball in front of the feet of the Englishman, who managed to score while sliding. In the end, Besiktas won 2-3, leaving the team still first. For Weghorst, the counter now stands at two goals and four assists in the Turkish Süper Lig.
