Secondary school teacher dismissed for cross-border behaviour

At a secondary school in Tilburg, a teacher was fired on the spot. This is stated in a letter that was sent to the parents of students.

The letter, which is in the hands of Omroep Brabant, states that a pupil of the school reported that the teacher was guilty of cross-border behaviour. What kind of behaviour is involved, is not clear.

The teacher in question has thus been dismissed with immediate effect, while only yesterday it was announced that the teacher would be “exempt from work”.

The school does not want to respond to the content. “I cant say anything about it within the framework of the research and the privacy of those involved”, according to the rector of the school.
