Seville strictly third acquisition: after deals with Real Madrid and Barça now Acuña transfer

Ruling Europa League winner Seville has presented his third newcomer of the summer transfer period. Luuk de Jong‘s club captured mercenaries Suso and Yassine ‘Bono‘ Bonou, shopped at Real Madrid (Óscar Rodríguez) and FC Barcelona (prodigal son Ivan Rakitic) and now has left back Marcos Acuña. The 27-time international of Argentina comes over from Sporting Portugal, Sevilla announced

Monday. The number four of the previous Primera División season has paid ten million euros for the transfer. Acuña has signed for four seasons in the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán.

With Acuña, Seville has secured a successor to Sergio Reguilón. Sevilla tried to take over the left back from Real Madrid last season, but didn’
t quit with De Koninklijke. Reguilón is now on his way to Manchester United, Marca reported earlier on Monday.
