Sheffield coach loses control and pops ball into opponents stomach

A bizarre action by Sheffield United manager Paul Heckingbottom. His team competed with Nottingham Forest for a spot in the final of the playoffs for promotion to the Premier League, but he didn‘t control his emotions for a moment… Heckingbottom pushed the ball hard into Djed Spence’s stomach.
An uproar immediately followed and Heckingbottom had to pay it with a yellow card. Sheffield looked at a backlog at that time, but turned it around 1-2 after halftime, which was exactly the same result as in the first leg, requiring an overtime. It eventually turned to penalty kicks, in which Nottingham was the strongest. That team is therefore facing Huddersfield Town in the final at Wembley.
Afterwards, the joy at Nottingham was great. The 1978 English champion disappeared from the highest level in 1999.
