This afternoon, a man was shot to death in front of Henry Dunant Hospital in Paris, reports the French news channel BFM. A woman who works in the hospitals security department was injured. The shooter, a man, managed to escape on a scooter.
The man shot has been shot several times in the head, several sources tell us. The manager of a neighboring restaurant saw the shooting happen. “I saw a man with a hood shooting and a man lying on the floor.”
Then the manager saw the shooter walking forward to the man on the ground on which he shot twice at close range in the head. “The man who shot then left on foot, freezing cold, as if nothing had happened. A little further down there was a scooter waiting for him.”
A spokesman for the Parisian security region says that a reckoning is being taken into account. The neighborhood is currently being dropped off.
Henry Dunant Hospital is a private geriatric hospital managed by the French Red Cross. It is currently also used as a corona vaccination center.
After the shooting, people were still in line to get pricked.
