Shortage of Quarter Pounders at McDonalds by Travis Scott

Restaurant chain McDonalds has run into difficulties in the United States due to a shortage of stocks of some products. This is caused by a very popular menu compiled by rapper Travis Scott. That is what Variety says.

Fans of Scott have posted videos on TikTok in which they play the song Sicko Mode at the drive-through ordering column when asked what they want to order. Sometimes they say: “You know what I want” This results in both hilarity and annoyance among the employees. The menu consists of a Quarter Pounder with cheese, bacon, lettuce, gherkin, ketchup and mustard, a medium portion of fries with barbecue sauce, and a Sprite.

The management of the chain has sent an instruction to employees what is meant when customers only play Travis Scott tracks.

The rapper has been working with the fast food chain for some time, but this is the first time the company has had a stock problem due to Scotts popularity. A windfall for McDonalds is that it is a temporary action.
