Sneijder expectedly in Eindhoven: Think were frightened

Wesley Sneijder looks forward to the Champions League match between PSV and Galatasaray, in a well-stocked Philips Stadium. The record international of Orange and former Galatasaray player is particularly curious about the supporters of the Turkish club.
Sneijder came out for Cim Bom Bom Bom between 2013 and 2017 and was deeply impressed by the fanatical followers. โ€œI played matches in the Champions League, Germany, Belgium, France… And I think were all frightened in a moment, what noise is coming from the stand, from the Turkish side,โ€ said the Champions League analyst at RTL7.
He wonders how much home benefit PSV will have. Fellow analyst Jan Boskamp catches Sneijder. โ€œThat
s not only at Galatasaray, thats also at Fenerbahรงe, Besiktas,โ€ he says. โ€œI wouldnt be surprised if there are German and Belgian Turks here, because they follow their squads everywhere. Thats just crazyโ€
PSV and Galatasaray kick off at 9 p.m. Wednesday. If the Eindhoveners win this diptych, the Scottish Celtic or Danish FC Midtjylland awaits in the third heat.
