Sony studios make 25 PS5 games and Horizon Forbidden West still expected in 2021

Sony gave a big interview to Wired, in which a little talk about the future of PlayStation – for example, the companys internal studios are working on 25 projects for the PS5. About half of them are new IP. We know about some of them – here announced Horizon Forbidden West, the new God of War and Gran Turismo 7, and only formally presented projects from young studios like Haven ( Jade Raymond) and Firewalk Studios (creators of Destiny, Mass Effect and Guitar Hero).

In addition, the creators of Kena: Bridge of Spirits, which will be released only in August, are already beginning to work on their next game – it seems to use the PS5 features in full. Among other things in the interview confirmed plans to release the sequel Horizon before the end of the year, and also told about the increased involvement of PS5 owners against the background of the start of PS4 – games sold by 11% more, and the time of use increased by 81%.
