Spurs farewell after fourteen seasons: ‘I had hoped to win a price’

Danny Rose (30) is leaving Tottenham Hotspur. The contract of the back, who played fourteen seasons in the clubs shirt, expires. Spurs has decided not to renew the undertaking.
โ€œEveryone knows I
ve played with the younger players this season,โ€ Rose explains in an extensive interview on the club website about his role in the O23 team last season. โ€œI see them as my little brothers. It was a real eye-opener for me.โ€
In the fourteen seasons at Spurs, Rose did not win a single prize. Hes very upset about that. โ€œI love the fact that I made the choice to come here in 2007. I was hoping to win a prize, but the club isnt far from that right now. I wish everyone the best and good luck for the futureโ€, Rose concludes the interview.
