Spurs manager Conte baffled by Bayern Munich flirtation: ‘Disrespectful’

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte is fed up with Bayern Munich‘s flirtation with Harry Kane. The Italian calls his colleague Julian Nagelsmann of the German superpower disrespectful.
Kane is on Bayern’
s wish list now that Robert Lewandowski has left for FC Barcelona. Der Rekordmeister would like to attract the English striker in the summer of 2023, as he only has a one-year contract.
Conte has also heard the transfer rumors, but is particularly bothered by Nagelsmann‘s statements. I’m a coach who doesn‘t talk about the players of another team, says the Spurs manager at a press conference. The situation at Tottenham is very clear and Harry is a very important part of our project. It’s just rumors. If I want to achieve something, I don‘t do it through the media either. I find that a bit disrespectful to the other club.
Nagelsmann did not bother this week when asked about the interest in Kane. It’
s incredibly expensive, that‘s the problem. Kane is a great striker, it’s going to be very difficult for Bayern to get him. We‘ll see what the future holds. Bayern chairman Oliver Kahn also acknowledged being a fan of Kane. Of course, Kane is an absolute top forward. But he is the dream of the future. Let’s see what happens.
