Berlin-based two-person studio Flow Fire Games had planned to release the two-stick shooter Synthetik 2 to Steam early access in August. Then the developers‘ plans changed: they changed the engine and needed more work on the adaptation, so the premiere was postponed to September. But the September date wasn’t going to happen either: the early access release date is now 11 November.
Developers are confident that the extra time will give them the opportunity to add new content and features to the early version: retention and continuation, greater class diversity, synergy for specializations, and cooperative online mode. By the announcement of a new, probably final date, the studio released a story trailer.
