Take-Two buys creators of Top Eleven football manager for $378 million

Take-Two announced the purchase of Serbian studio Nordeus, which is known by football manager Top Eleven for iOS and Android. The transaction amount is $378 million. The publisher is actively expanding its mobile division – Nordeus will join the studios Socialpoint (Dragon City and Social Empires) and Playdots (Dots & Co), which bought in 2017 and 2020.

Take-Two will pay $225 million in cash and shares ahead, but if certain goals are reached, the amount will increase to $378 million. The CEO and other Nordeus executives will retain their positions.
