Erik ten Hag says that the arrival of Christian Eriksen is not at the moment at Ajax. The trainer of the Amsterdammers does know that director of football affairs Marc Overmars keeps eyes and ears open for opportunities.
Eriksen is at a dead end at Internazionale and Ajax would even be talking to the entourage of the Danish midfielder. Ten Hag puts a line through that. “Whos not a fan of that?”, the trainer responds to the question of Decceit reporter if he is charmed by Eriksen. “Such a player is always an added value, but there is no question of that now.”
The Amsterdammers do try to pay attention to possible opportunities. “We have problems in the offensive range,” says Ten Hag. “Are there any opportunities there? But we also follow the development of injuries to our players. If that is disappointing and if there are opportunities, we are of course open to it and we will be alert.”
Paris Saint-Germain seems to have the best papers to bring Eriksen in at the moment. Mauricio Pochettino, who was appointed as a new trainer there, would like to be reunited with the playmaker from Denmark.
