Feyenoord has made a first bid for Ramiz Zerrouki, reports De Cceit. The club would love to bring the midfielder of FC Twente to De Kuip.
The game is on the wagon. Technical director Jan Streuer of Twente indicated that he wanted to talk out of courtesy with Feyenoord, who made an offer of almost five million euros for Zerrouki.
Zerroukis transfer value is estimated at 3.5 million euros, according to De Cceit. “Trainer Ron Jans thinks he should cost three times as much.” The newspaper suspects that Zerrouki is open to a transfer to Feyenoord.
“I dont know if ten million euros is enough for him,” Jans told ESPN on Tuesday, after a suggestion from the reporter. “They have already deposited a decent amount for another midfielder (Timber, ed.) and you can draw a comparison with that in terms of quality. But as a trainer, it is not wise to talk about amounts of things, because as a trainer you dont sell players. The only thing we say is that there is actually no one for sale with us anymore.”
