They ask for 330 years in prison for porn actor Ron Jeremy

LOS ANGELES, Calif. โ€” Porn actor Ron Jeremy will be tried on more than 30 counts of rape and sexual crimes after the Los Angeles Attorney‘s Office added reports of seven new women on Wednesday to his extensive criminal record.

Between the previous and new charges, the Prosecutor’s Office has collected more than 30 alleged crimes, some against minors, for which, if convicted, the prison sentence would exceed 330 years for Jeremy, who with his nickname โ€œThe Hedgehogโ€ has been one of the most important stars of the pornographic industry.

The alleged offences include sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl while she was asleep or unconscious, and another assault against a girl who, when it was allegedly committed, was 17 years old.

He was arrested last June and has been held in pre-trial detention ever since.

The most recent reported crime occurred in January in Hollywood, where on departure from a local actor allegedly raped a 21-year-old girl with aggravated force.

Six other accusations describe similar events that occurred in a bar that the actor frequented, as well as other locations.

According to local media, Jeremy has again denied all charges during a hearing and the trial will begin in December.

Rolling Stone magazine published an article in 2017 in which more than 12 women reported sexual abuse and assault, some reported by colleagues and others from the public in performances and conventions.

Jeremy, for his part, denied those charges which had not yet been brought before the courts.
