British-Italian studio Kid Onion is set to launch a campaign on Kickstarter in November to raise money for its debut game River Tails: Stronger Together. In the meantime, a demo version has been released: its declared as an alpha, so it can get bugs. River Tails: Stronger Together is a couched co-op with asymmetrical gameplay.
In this colourful 3D adventure platformer, players will play the role of two friends, Furple the kitten and Finn the fish, and both will have to choose a safe route for themselves. Friends must return home in time to give a fight to the wolf threatening the cat family.
Their path lies through forests and rivers, and there will be puzzles and mini-boss battles along the way. The cat and the fish will have to take advantage of their capabilities and take into account weaknesses.
River Tails: Stronger Together is scheduled for release in 2022, so far only the PC version. More on Gamemania Modder added new cars and the New World Assessments bike to Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam changed from “mixed” to positive Blizzard with Diablo II support: Resurrected continues to draw criticism.
