Tobiasen confirms opposite Leeuwarder Courant: possible Eredivision-promotion

Ole Tobiasen was slaughtered at Almere City last season, but may be admired in the Eredivisie next season, as an assistant trainer. The Danish former defender is in conversation with sc Heerenveen, the club he served as a player in the late 1990s.
Heerenveen recently said goodbye to assistant trainers Jeffrey Talan, Hennie Spijkerman and goalkeeper trainer Raymond Vissers and is now looking for new assistants for head coach Johnny Jansen. Tobiasen has already done his first conversation, he confirms opposite the Leeuwarder Courant. โ€œI don‘t know what’s happening now and how many other candidates there are. In that respect, I have to wait and see now.โ€
Tobiasen had to take the final step to the Eredivisie last season with Almere City, but was not allowed to finish his job. The Flevolanders were still firmly in a direct promotional place around the New Year, but started moderately on 2021, after which Tobiasen was fired in early March. Almere City eventually made the playoffs, but stranded NEC.
