‘Top transfer for Sterling again after seven years: Manchester City and Chelsea agree’

Raheem Sterling is going to trade Manchester City for Chelsea. The attacker had already reached a personal agreement with his intended new employer, now the clubs are also approaching an agreement.
This is reported by The Athletic and transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano on Saturday night. Both media do mention different transfer amounts, which range from sixty to 65 million euros. Certainly, Sterling can sign a continuous contract at Stamford Bridge until mid-2027, with an option for one more year. If his medical examination is not problematic, he can go with his new teammates to the United States, where Chelsea will play a number of friendly matches.
Once the transfer is complete, Sterling has half of the English Big Six clubs to its name. He made his breakthrough at Liverpool and transferred to Manchester City for around 64 million euros in 2015. Since then, he has played 337 official games, scored 131 goals, gave 94 assists and took twelve prizes. Chelsea is also working with teammate Nathan Akรฉ, by the way.
