The campaign team of US President Donald Trump has filed an interim action for the election in the state of Pennsylvania. Trump‘s team wants to prevent the state of Pennsylvania electoral officials from officially declaring Democrat Joe Biden the winner of the election in that state.
The documents submitted state that the system for checking and counting letters in Pennsylvania “lacks all the guarantees of transparency and accountability that exist for voters who go to the polling station.”
Since Biden was declared a winner by the American media on Saturday and claimed the election victory, President Trump has announced several times that he will challenge the outcome of the elections through the legal channels.
On Monday, some Republican chief prosecutors from individual states submitted a request to the Supreme Court to make a line through Pennsylvania’s extra time to count late worried letter votes. Provided they were sent on election day, in Pennsylvania they were still counted in delivery until three days after the election.
