In the case of the murder of a 13-year-old girl in Austria, the Vienna police arrested two teenagers. According to the Austrian news agency APA, two Afghan suspects aged 16 and 18 years old are concerned.
The girls heavily torched body was found on Saturday in the Donaustadt district of Vienna. Her body was found by bystanders near a tree in a green strip between lanes. The autopsy showed that the girl was strangled. Multiple bruises were detected.
Initially, the identity of the victim was unknown. After the police brought out a description of the victim and her clothes on Sunday, the girls parents reported to the police and was identified.
The suspects came into view through witness statements and still need to be interviewed. Its not yet clear if they were acquaintances to the girl. It is also unknown if there was a sex crime.
