Striking news from France. Philippe Sandler would have refused a rental transfer to Troyes, France on Deadline Day. The Dutch defender is currently under contract with Manchester City, but has no view of playing minutes.
Nevertheless, Sandler doesnt seem to see an adventure at Troyes. French media report that Tuesday afternoon. Troyes is currently last in the Ligue 1 and would still be looking for a defender. With the versatile Sandler people thought they found the right asset, but that party doesnt go on.
Sandler previously played with Ajax and PEC Zwolle, after which he moved to Manchester City. Last season, the defender came out for Anderlecht on a hire basis. By refusing the temporary transfer to Troyes, Sandler seems to have to do the next season with minutes in Manchester Citys second team.
