‘US businessman wants to take over Premier League PhD candidate immediately in October’

US businessman Bill Foley wants to take over Premier League PhD student AFC Bournemouth in October. Foley owns the Las Vegas Golden Knights hockey team and, according to the BBC, has already agreed with the English club about the prize.
In addition to the price agreement, the Foley empire has also reached an exclusivity arrangement with Bournemouth. The Cherries promoted to the Premier League in May this year after finishing second in the Championship. Currently, the club is owned by Russian-born Maxim Demin.
By the end of October, Foley hopes to have completed all the papers for the purchase of the PhD student. It certainly wont be the first time a U.S. investor has entered the Premier League: Todd Boehly recently took over Chelsea FC. Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Leeds, West Ham and Manchester City also all have US investments in the club.
Interim trainer Gary O
Neil said he knew nothing about such a takeover. I didnt hear anything on my side, ONeil said at the press moment before Saturdays game, when Bournemouth hits Newcastle United. We only work on our football and make sure we are fit and sharp.
