Villarreal to El finals

Arsenal‘s Europa League adventure ends in the semifinals. Villarreal managed to keep the Londoners on a 0-0 draw at Emirates Stadium. That was enough after last week’s 2-1 victory. Villarreal is for the first time in a European final.
For Arsenal, it was on or below against Villarreal. The Spaniards had not come to London to attack and kept the place closed in the back. The greatest chance for the Spaniards followed after 24 minutes and belonged to Dani Parejo. After that, it was Arsenal that hit the gas pedal.
The venom was in the tail of him in London. It was only after the rest that Arsenal had great chances of winning the goal that would bring the Londoners to the Europa League final, but the team of Mikel Arteta simply lacked luck. To his great frustration, he saw how Emile Smith Rowe and Rob Holding left opportunities for 1-0 untapped.
And in the final phase, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang hit the pole twice. An all-or-nothing attempt by Arteta came too late. Arsenal simply lacked everything: faith, sharpness, leadership and intensity. On the other hand, Villarreal did everything to get the final place over the line.
